Deputy Chief Medical Officer of the State Medical Institution "LOPTS", obstetrician-gynecologist of the highest qualification category, doctor of ultrasound diagnostics. Total experience – 33 years.

In 1986, he graduated from the Medical faculty of the Voronezh State Medical Institute named after N. N. Burdenko. In 2016, he passed the certification cycle "Health Organization and Public Health". In 2017, he was awarded the gratitude of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, in 2018, he was awarded the N. A. Semashko Prize of the Administration of the Lipetsk Region.
