Opening of paramedic and midwife stations in Dankovsky district
In the Dankovsky district, 5 new modular paramedic-midwifery stations began to work: in the village of Plakhovo, the village of Avdulovo, the village of Polibino, the village of Baryatino, the village of Perekhval.
Work on the construction of FAPs, as well as the purchase of medical equipment and furniture, was carried out in 2020 as part of national project "Health Care" (regional project "Development of primary health care"). The project was financed from the federal and regional budgets. Total cost The amount of work carried out in the Dankovsky district was more than 50 million rubles (more than 10 million rubles for each FAP).
In these modular paramedic-midwifery centers, primary pre-medical health care will be provided not only to residents of the villages of Plakhovo, Avdulovo, Polibino, Baryatino and Perekhval, but also nearby settlements. General the number of the served population of each FAP will be from 160 to 450 people, including not only adults, but also children of preschool and school age. The reception will be conducted by qualified medical professionals.
The paramedic and midwife station is a detached 1-storey building with a well-maintained territory, located in the center of the village. The projected modular buildings with an area of more than 78 square meters are made of flat linear structures. collapsible structures in accordance with GOST, current norms and rules. All engineering systems the supplies are carried out in the maximum factory readiness: heating, hot water supply, sewerage, electric lighting, connection points for external electrical appliances. The project provides for the following measures: providing an accessible environment for the disabled: a toilet room is equipped, a button for calling staff is installed, ramp and handrails.
The FAP building has a paramedic's reception room, a treatment room, a staff room with a changing room, and a room storage of medicines, technical premises, etc. Each of them has all the necessary equipment for primary health care and emergency care: electrocardiograph, automatic defibrillator, portable biochemical blood analyzer, devices for rapid diagnostics of sugar, hemoglobin and blood level blood cholesterol, digital intraocular pressure indicator, digital screening spirotest to determine vital capacity of the lungs, pulse oximeter, UV-bactericidal recirculator for indoor air disinfection, etc.
In addition, as part of the implementation of the national project "Healthcare", all FAPs are equipped with modern computer equipment and are connected to the Internet. The Internet in remote departments of medical organizations allows you to use the capabilities of telemedicine: conduct medical consultations with specialized specialists in the video link mode and on the spot to make an appointment with the doctors of the GUZ "Dankovskaya CRH".
Currently, in the Dankovsky district there are 3 departments of general medical (family) practice, 21 paramedic and midwife station, 1 outpatient clinic and 12 households.
