For students of secondary schools in Lipetsk, webinars on maintaining a healthy lifestyle and giving up bad habits are held.
November 12, 2020 specialists of the Lipetsk Regional Center for Public Health and Medical Prevention We organized the first online seminar for students of GOAPOU "Lipetsk Metallurgical College".
Today, maintaining a healthy lifestyle and giving up bad habits is a real trend. But not everyone, especially young people, knows what really needs to be done to maintain and strengthen health.
During the webinar, more than 100 college students got acquainted with the main components of the concept of healthy lifestyle: regime planning day, compliance with the principles of rational nutrition, regular physical training and the rejection of harmful substances habits.
"Currently, young people are prone to a sedentary lifestyle and overeating, which leads to obesity and other metabolic disorders. Also, many people already at an early age have health problems associated with long-term spending time on gadgets; stress associated with school or personal relationships, " - says instructor in hygienic education of the Lipetsk Regional Center for Public Health and Medical Prevention Svetlana Kochetova.
A big role is also played by the rejection of bad habits: at the moment, smoking mixtures have a strong psychoactive effect, or the so-called spices, have become a headache for drug therapists, the police, and, of course, all parents. "New drugs they are dangerous not so much for their ability to cause addiction, but for the fact that they are able to kill the first time, " he notes clinical psychologist of the Lipetsk regional narcological dispensary Natalia Dolgikh.
As part of the online seminar, students were shown a film that clearly shows the harm of smoking and the use of psychoactive substances, as well as their negative impact on the body.
Currently, due to the unstable epidemiological situation, most educational events in the region are organized in a remote format. Such a format of preventive work allows specialists of the Regional The Center for Public Health and Medical Prevention will continue to continuously inform the population of the Lipetsk region about the preservation and promotion of health.
