Immunization against coronavirus infection started in the region

As part of the large-scale vaccination, the remaining 944 doses are expected to be received by the end of this year for the immunization of groups risk groups that include medical professionals and educators. A batch of 800 doses was delivered to the Lipetsk region 13 December's.

One of the first to receive the vaccine was at the Lipetsk City Hospital No. 4 Lipetsk-Med, where on December 15, 2020, the following tests were performed: immunization of 64 medical workers from 4 healthcare institutions of the region: GUZ "Lipetsk Regional Oncological Dispensary", GUZ "Lipetsk Regional Bureau of Forensic Medical Examination", GUZ " Lipetsk City Hospital No. 6 named after him. Makushchenko", GUZ "Lipetsk City Hospital No. 4 "Lipetsk-Med".

The first batch of the vaccine is transferred according to the schedule to 8 medical organizations: GUZ " Lipetsk City Hospital No. 4 "Lipetsk-Med", GUZ "Lipetsk City Emergency Hospital No. 1", GUZ " Lipetsk City Polyclinic No. 4», GUZ "Lipetsk city polyclinic No. 7", GUZ "Yeletskaya City Hospital No. 1 named after N. A. Semashko", GUZ " Yeletskaya City hospital No. 2", GUZ "Lebedyanskaya CRH", GUZ "Usmanskaya CRH".

Currently, the full-name lists of medical workers and teachers to be vaccinated in 2020 have been prepared.

The vaccine is administered twice, at intervals of 3 weeks. The first application of the vaccine will be carried out in the period from 15.12.2020 to 25.12.2020, and the second – in 2021 from 05.01.2021 to 15.01.2021.

In total, 10 points are planned for the immunization of workers from risk groups in 2020:

• on the basis of four polyclinics serving the adult population of Lipetsk,
• two polyclinics in Yelets,
• four districts of the region (Terbunsky, Lebedyansky, Usmansky, Gryazinsky).

To store the vaccine, there are special freezers in the pharmacy warehouse of the OGUP "Lipetsk Pharmacy" and GUZ " Lipetsk regional blood transfusion station", where up to 9,000 doses of the vaccine can be placed simultaneously. There are 14 specialized thermal containers.

2.3 million rubles were allocated for the purchase of additional freezing equipment and thermal containers. from the regional budget the budget. By the end of December 2020, it is planned to purchase 30 more freezers and 30 specialized thermal containers.

In addition, the State Unitary Enterprise "Lipetsk Pharmacy" has a specialized transport for the delivery of the vaccine, equipped with a freezer. It will ensure delivery in compliance with the requirements of the cold chain to all municipal districts of the region.

For transportation of vaccinated persons to the places of immunization, vehicles provided by the Ministry of Health will be involved. the administration of municipal districts and cities (a total of 70 cars have been provided for today).

The first batch of the coronavirus vaccine was delivered to our region in mid-October 2020: 42 doses were received used for the immunization of medical workers in infectious diseases hospitals and PCR diagnostic laboratories. In total, as part of a large-scale vaccination in 2020, the Lipetsk region should receive 986 doses of vaccines.

According to the approved plan for the organization and implementation of vaccination of the population of the Lipetsk region in 2021, immunization it will be conducted in all 29 polyclinics in the region that serve the adult population.
