World Patient Safety Day

Recognizing patient safety as a key health priority, during the 72nd session of the World Health Organization, The health assemblies of 194 countries have declared September 17 as World Patient Safety Day.

On this occasion, on September 17, 2020, a press conference was held at the State Unitary Enterprise "Lipetsk Pharmacy", organized by the Department of Health of the Lipetsk region together with the territorial body of the Federal Service for the Supervision of in the field of healthcare in the Lipetsk region, dedicated to the safety of patients.

The press conference was attended by the head of the organization of medical care for adults Department of Health of the Lipetsk region S. V. Koroteeva, Head of the territorial body of the Federal Service A. S. Frolov, First Deputy Director of the Territorial Compulsory Health Insurance Fund of the Lipetsk Region - L. S. The participants of the press conference presented reports on the following topics: "Results of state quality control safety of medical care for 6 months. 2020." "The introduction of the quality and safety of medical the activities of GUZ "Lipetsk regional clinical hospital", "the System of ensuring drug safety in goose "Lipetsk regional perinatal center", "Labelling of drugs", "the Willingness of OGUP "lipectomy" the Draft labeling of medicines" and "the Rights of citizens in the system of compulsory medical insurance".

Currently, all citizens of the Russian Federation have rights in the system of compulsory health insurance. It's free providing medical care, choosing an insurance medical organization, choosing a doctor, obtaining reliable information about the types, quality and conditions of medical care, protection of personal data, etc.

On the territory of the Lipetsk region, there is a Federal Project " Implementation of Proposals (practical recommendations)Roszdravnadzor on the organization of internal control of the quality and safety of medical activities in medical organizations". Within the framework of this project, a separate conversion is planned taken by a medical organization in a new-generation patient-oriented clinic that provides high-quality and safe medical services in conditions of optimal use of external and internal resources.Five state medical organizations take part in this project in the region: Lipetsk Regional Clinical Hospital, Lipetsk Regional Perinatal Center, Lipetsk Regional Oncological Dispensary, Yelets City Hospital No. 1 named after N. A. Semashko and Lipetsk City Polyclinic No. 1.

So, for example, at the moment, each division of the Regional Perinatal Center has developed a training system and monitoring the knowledge of medical personnel on the safe use of medicines. For today, here a model of patient-oriented medical care has been created, which is based on the safety of the mother and the newborn.

Since July 1 of this year, the sale of medicines without labeling is prohibited on the territory of the Russian Federation. Now any person buying medicine at a pharmacy will be able to immediately check whether it is of the proper quality and whether it is legal its turnover on the territory of Russia. This can be done from a smartphone or with the help of special equipment, installed in pharmacies. Also, from July 1, 2020, labeled medicines will be entered in the the information system "Monitoring the movement of medicines", which will contribute to the effective fight against low-quality and falsified pharmaceutical products. According to this system, medicinal products are sold preparations for lipchanam in pharmacies OGUP "Lipetsk Pharmacy".

One of the main goals of the project "Labeling of medicines" is to prevent the entry into circulation and simultaneous withdrawal from circulation in an automated mode of substandard, as well as falsified and counterfeit medicines at any stage of their circulation: from the manufacturer to the end user. Supervision and control over the circulation of medicines, as well as the observance of citizens ' rights to affordable medicine, high-quality and safe medical care in the territory of the Lipetsk region is provided by the Territorial Authority Roszdravnadzor for the Lipetsk region.

For 6 months of 2020, the Territorial Body of Roszdravnadzor in the Lipetsk region conducted 2 planned and 17 unscheduled inspections. The inspections were carried out in relation to state-owned medical organizations. In the course of their conduct, 84 violations of the legislation in the field of health care were revealed. Based on the results of the checks issued 13 prescriptions, revealed the circulation of medicines with expired expiration dates (8 names and 11 packaging); handling of medicinal products stored in violation of the temperature regime declared by the manufacturer. manufacturers (25 items and 221 packages).

For more than five years, according to the Territorial Authority of Roszdravnadzor for the Lipetsk region, the territory has not falsified medicines are detected.
