Among the 13 best regional practices in the field of healthcare at the All-Russian selection was the project GUZ "Lipetsk Regional Oncological Dispensary"

More than 300 applications from 70 regions of the country were received for the All-Russian selection of best practices in the field of healthcare, conducted on the Smarteca ASI platform. All submitted practices have already proven their effectiveness and have been implemented in public hospitals or private clinics, but 21 projects have reached the final.

The selection jury headed by the Rector of the Higher School of Healthcare Organization and Management (HSE) Guzel Ulumbekova was selected by 13 practitioners in three categories: "Primary health care", "Inpatient medical care" and "High-tech medical care". According to Guzel Ulumbekova, the main purpose of the selection is to identify and replicate successful practices aimed at improving the quality of medical care to the population.

In the nomination "Inpatient medical care" the winners were:

1st place — the project of the Sverdlovsk region automated information system "Regional Obstetric Monitoring".
2nd place — "COVID-19 Virtual Consultation" of the Republic of Tatarstan.
3rd place was divided Lipetsk "Patient-oriented digital Oncocenter" (a platform for fast online routing and consultations) and the practice of the Republic of Bashkortostan "Republican Logistics Center for the management of medical care and continuous support of patients with cardiovascular diseases".

"In the conditions of overload and enormous stress in which our healthcare system is located, it is very important for managers to pay attention to achievements that have proven their effectiveness. The competitive selection helped to unite caring people and identify the most useful ideas that can improve the provision and organization of medical care," said the rector of the HSE Guzel Ulumbekova.
