Let's start the summer great! An action dedicated to the International Children's Day was held in Lipetsk

Every year, on June 1, Children's Day is celebrated all over the world. Its main goal is to draw public attention to the protection of the rights, life and health of the younger generation, as well as to promote their spiritual and physical development.

On this day, a preventive action "Healthy Summer" was held in MAOU School No. 51, dedicated to the International Children's Day.

The event is organized by the Lipetsk Regional Center for Public Health and Medical Prevention together with specialists of medical and preventive institutions in the region.

As part of the event, more than 50 children from various groups of the summer school camp visited a variety of interactive playgrounds, where they were able to learn the basics of a healthy lifestyle in a playful way:

• on an interactive platform"First aid" specialists of the Center for Postgraduate Education held master classes on providing cardiopulmonary resuscitation and first aid in case of foreign body ingress into the respiratory tract;
• as part of the interactive platforms "Little Genius" and " It's great to be healthy!" from the specialists of the Lipetsk Regional Center for Public Health and Medical Prevention, students participated in a quiz on the knowledge of the basics of a healthy lifestyle and proper nutrition;
• on the interactive platform "Healthy Teeth", doctors of the Regional Dental Polyclinic held a master class on oral care using a model of the jaw and a toothbrush;
• on the interactive platform " Faster, higher, stronger!» specialists of the Regional Medical and Physical Culture Dispensary conducted exercises and a sports relay race, and also measured strength with a dynamometer.

In addition, students of the Lipetsk Medical College took an active part in the action: volunteers together with the growth dolls "Hare", "Doctor", "Chipmunk" and "Zozhik" helped the children to pass the interactive platforms and charged everyone with their good mood.

At the end of the event, all students received souvenirs and gifts.

Such interactive forms of education allow you to instill in children in a simple and accessible form basic knowledge about the need to lead a healthy lifestyle. Thanks to the game program "Healthy Summer", the children were able to get acquainted with the rules of personal hygiene; they learned to distinguish between harmful and healthy food; they learned how to properly exercise and take care of their health.
