Lipetsk hosted the festival " Be healthy! FEST»

On April 07, 2021, the event within the framework of the World Health Day was held in the GDM "October". On this day, the Lipetsk region joined the All-Russian campaign, which was held in 85 regions of the country.

The organizers of the festival in Lipetsk were medical volunteers, the Russian Red Cross, the Lipetsk Regional Center for the Prevention and Control of AIDS and Infectious Diseases, the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Lipetsk Region, the Department of Youth Policy, the MAUK "Cultural Spaces of Lipetsk", the City Youth Palace "October".

The festival was held in the format of an interactive quest. The participants covered several distances reflecting all aspects of a healthy lifestyle: physical activity, daily routine, mental health, rejection of bad habits.

Also, everyone could get advice from specialists on healthy nutrition, undergo rapid HIV testing and find out their HIV status.   

"Last year showed that health is the most important value of any person, so take care and appreciate it, lead a healthy lifestyle and be healthy!", - addressed the participants of the action epidemiologist, coordinator of the LRO VOD" Medical Volunteers " Alexey Zvyagin.

The winner of the quest was the team "Zozhniki". The leaders received memorable prizes from the organizers and partners of the festival.

"I am simply delighted with the whole event, it is fashionable, healthy and necessary to be healthy," says Ekaterina, a student from the Lipetsk Technical School of Public Catering.

The event was held in compliance with all sanitary and epidemiological norms and rules.
