Affordable medicine in the villages. The first preventive action "Healthy longevity" this year was held in the Usmansky district

Residents of the Usmansky district were the first to be examined by leading narrow specialists of the region. On August 5 , 2020, the action took place in the Usman Central District Hospital. About 70 people took part in it human.

Within the framework of the campaign, doctors of various profiles, chief freelance specialists of the health department of the Lipetsk region (cardiologist, neurologist, ultrasonologist, ophthalmologist, reproductologist, surgeon and endocrinololg) conducted a preventive examination and a consultative reception of the population.

The main goal of the campaign is to actively prevent premature mortality of the population, including in working age, as well as increasing the availability of specialized medical care for residents municipal districts of the Lipetsk region.

In addition, there was an information platform of the Regional Center for Public Health and Medical Prevention, where everyone could participate in a quiz on the principles of a healthy lifestyle and take part in an interactive conversation on the rules of healthy, active longevity and get printed and souvenir products for the prevention of socially significant diseases, as well as for the promotion of a healthy lifestyle. On the territory The mobile diagnostic complex (mobile polyclinic) worked at the Usmansky District Central Hospital.

"Our main task is to look at all the chronic patients who are registered at the dispensary, who have already they have long had certain diseases and should increase the availability of high-tech care for such patients" - explains the essence of the campaign "Healthy Longevity" chief freelance cardiologist of the Health Department of the Lipetsk region Anna Igorevna Gindler.

As part of the campaign, an in-depth examination of patients with chronic diseases who are at the dispensary is carried out registration in district and central district hospitals, and the selection of patients for rehabilitation and treatment in the conditions of regional multidisciplinary hospitals and, if necessary, outside the region.

According to the results of the "Healthy Longevity" in the Usmansky district, 15 patients were given referrals for consultation to regional hospitals. medical organizations, 10 people - for hospitalization in regional medical organizations and 1 person is sent for consultation outside the region.

The chief specialists of the region provide organizational and methodological assistance to doctors of district and central district medical organizations, conduct master classes, workshops on the organization of health care and improving the state of public health.

General preventive work is also planned for the population:

• information and educational platforms with the distribution of printed products for propaganda healthy lifestyle;
• interactive surveys of residents on the knowledge of the main risk factors for the development of various diseases.

The next campaign "Healthy Longevity" will be held on August 13 in Dolgorukovsky district.
