INSTRUCTIONS ON the procedure for carrying out disinfection measures in order to prevent a new coronavirus infection in the office premises of organizations that have temporarily suspended their activities, or whose employees have switched to remote work
In the office premises of organizations that have temporarily suspended their activities, or whose employees have switched to remote form of work, should be carried out a set of disinfection measures, after which-general cleaning of all premises.
Disinfection and cleaning of premises can be carried out by the organization on its own, by a cleaning company or a specialized organization.
Disinfection measures include the treatment of surfaces in rooms, furniture with disinfectants, furniture items, window sills, chairs and chairs, door handles, switches, computing, multiplying and other equipment, dishes, taps and washbasins, and other sanitary equipment.
For disinfection it is necessary to apply the disinfectants registered in accordance with the established procedure on the basis of chloroactive and oxygen-active compounds, as well as cationic surfactants. Working solutions disinfectants should be prepared in accordance with the instructions for their use, choosing the modes, designed for decontamination of objects in case of viral infections.
Indoor surfaces, sanitary equipment should be treated by wiping, irrigation methods; tableware, textile materials and cleaning equipment (rags, napkins) are treated by immersion in solutions of disinfectants.
General cleaning is carried out no earlier than 30 minutes after the disinfection measures are carried out with using conventional cleaning agents, detergents. When carrying out general cleaning, observe
the following sequence - first, the halls, corridors, working rooms are cleaned, then the kitchens, reception rooms food, toilets are cleaned last of all by separate inventory. During cleaning from refrigerators, other places all food and beverages are removed, including long-term storage, and coolers are emptied. Kitchen utensils, utensils are washed using conventional detergents, then rinsed with boiling water and dried, placing it in such a way that the water flows freely from the washed items. Dressing gowns, other special clothing goes to the laundry.
The room is ventilated.
The garbage is collected and disposed of as solid municipal waste.
All types of work with disinfectants should be carried out in moisture-proof gloves of disposable or repeated use, a dressing gown, if necessary, other workwear.
Disinfectants are stored in the manufacturer's container, closed in the following cases:
a specially designated dry, cool and dark place, out of the reach of children.

After completing all the work, the hands are treated with alcohol-containing
skin antiseptic, extinguish the light and go away.
