Citizens arriving from other countries where a new coronavirus infection is registered are subject to temporary isolation at home (14 days from the moment of arrival) according to the order of the Department of Rospotrebnadzor in the Lipetsk region.

The Department of Rospotrebnadzor for the Lipetsk region will send an order to the polyclinic at the place of residence, in accordance with the recommendations of Rospotrebnadzor, medical workers of the polyclinic at the place of residence will be provided with the issuance of temporary disability certificates at home.
- How and when are laboratory tests performed?
If a citizen is in self-isolation mode at home, a laboratory examination is carried out at home by medical workers of the polyclinic at the place of residence.
If a citizen is in the observatory, the laboratory examination is carried out by the medical staff of the observatory.
If during self-isolation a person has a fever, there are signs of ARVI - it is necessary to call a doctor at home. In the evening or on Sunday-call an ambulance. Be sure to warn that the citizen is in self-isolation mode.

- I have had close contacts over the past 14 days with individuals who have been laboratory-confirmed with COVID-19.
If there are no such facts, then, most likely, we are talking about another viral respiratory infection. In any case, if the temperature is elevated and there are signs of ARVI - call a doctor at home.
- The organization was directed to the order of Rospotrebnadzor on the control of self-isolation of employees who arrived from abroad for 14 calendar days. Actions of the employer? How is the sick leave issued and who pays for it?
The employer clearly fulfills the order of Rospotrebnadzor. If there is a temporary disability certificate, the employee must comply with the self-isolation regime and in no case attend work.
The current legislation does not provide for compensation for the difference between the payment of the sick leave and the actual salary, if the person was in quarantine.
