Opening of a paramedic and midwife station in the village of Telepnevo, Dankovsky district
On December 25, 2019, a new modular paramedic-midwifery station began operating in the village of Telepnevo, Dankovsky district .
The opening ceremony was attended by the head of the administration of the Dankovsky municipal district Faleev V. I., Head of the Department for Providing medical care to children and maternity services of the Health Department of the Lipetsk region Nikiforov R. V., head of the rural settlement of Podlesno-Khrushchev administration of the Dankovsky district Chernysheva L. V., chief physician of the State Medical Institution "Dankovskaya CRH" Tereshkina N. V. and other officials.
Financing of the construction of a modular paramedic-midwifery station c. Telepnevo, as well as purchase medical equipment and furniture was carried out within the framework of the regional project " Development of primary care health care" of the national project "Health Care" at the expense of the regional budget and amounted to more than 8.5 million rubles.
The modular FAP is made of flat linear collapsible structures in accordance with GOST, current standards and the rules. The module frame is assembled from enlarged parts of the frame made in the factory and delivered to the construction site by road. The paramedic and midwife station is a building with construction of a 2-pitched metal roof with a closed perimeter, with common engineering support systems in the maximum factory readiness (heating, hot water supply, sewerage, electric lighting, places connection of external electrical devices). The project provides for measures to ensure an accessible environment for the disabled: a toilet room is equipped, a ramp and handrails are installed.
In this modular paramedic-midwifery center, primary pre-medical medical care will be provided not only to residents of the village of Telepnevo, but also to the nearby villages of Zverevo and Larionovka. Total population served there will be more than 300 people, including not only adults, but also children of preschool and school age. Reception they will be led by qualified medical professionals.
The FAPA building has a medical assistant's office and a treatment room.
In addition, all the necessary equipment for primary health care and emergency care is available: electrocardiograph 3-6 channel, automatic defibrillator, device for rapid diagnosis of blood sugar, blood hemoglobin level analyzer, express cholesterol level analyzer, scales for adults and for children, height meter, pulse oximeter, etc.
In 2020, it is planned to connect the paramedic-midwifery point c. Telepnevo to the Internet. The paramedic will be to work with the regional information and analytical medical system "QUASAR". It will be the same a telemedicine point is equipped.
In total, Dankovsky district has 3 general medical practice departments, 1 outpatient clinic, 21 paramedic and midwife stations and 15 households.
