On December 25, 2019, a new modular paramedic-midwifery center began operating in the village of Olkhovka, Dobrinsky district.

Financing of the construction of a modular paramedic and midwife station in Olkhovka village, as well as the purchase of medical equipment and furniture was carried out within the framework of the regional project " Development of primary care health care" of the national project "Health Care" at the expense of the regional budget and amounted to more than 8.5 million rubles.
The modular FAP is made of flat linear collapsible structures in accordance with GOST, current standards and the rules. The module frame is assembled from enlarged parts of the frame made in the factory and delivered to the construction site by road. The paramedic and midwife station is a building with construction of a 2-pitched metal roof with a closed perimeter, with common engineering support systems in the maximum factory readiness (heating, hot water supply, sewerage, electric lighting, places connection of external electrical devices). The project provides for measures to ensure an accessible environment for the disabled: a toilet room is equipped, a ramp and handrails are installed.
In this modular paramedic-midwifery center, primary pre-medical medical care will be provided residents of the village of Olkhovka. The total number of the served population will be more than 300 people, including adults and children. children. The reception will be conducted by qualified medical professionals.
The FAPa building has offices for receiving patients, as well as vaccination, treatment rooms, and a pharmacy item, etc.
In addition, all the necessary equipment for primary health care and emergency care is available:ECG device, device for rapid diagnosis of blood sugar and cholesterol, defibrillator, scales, height meter, pulse oximeter, oxygen inhaler, gynecological chair, etc.
In 2020, it is planned to connect the paramedic and midwife station in the village of Olkhovka to the Internet. The paramedic will be to work with the regional information and analytical medical system "QUASAR". It will be the same a telemedicine point is equipped.
In total, Dobrinsky district has 20 paramedic and midwife stations, 14 households and a mobile medical complex for remote villages with a population of less than 100 people.
