Legislative framework base

The Law of the Lipetsk region of 27.03.2009 No. 259-OZ "On social, incentive payments and social support measures in the field of family and demographic policy, as well as to persons who have special services to the Russian Federation and the Lipetsk region".

Recipient of the social payment

A woman who gave birth to her first child, aged 18 to 24 years (inclusive). The right of a woman to a lump sum payment is terminated and arises from the father of the child, provided that the child lives together with the child in cases of the death of the woman, the declaration of her death, the deprivation of the woman's parental rights.

Conditions of social payment

The right to a one-time social payment to women who have given birth to their first child between the ages of 18 and 24 (inclusive) arises for a woman if the child is born after December 31, 2018 and lives together with the child.

The amount of the social payment

The amount of a one-time payment is 85,000 rubles.

Application deadline

An application for the appointment of a lump sum payment may be submitted at any time, provided that the application for the appointment is made no later than one year from the date of birth of the first child.

Required documents

1. Identity document;

2. Child's birth certificate;

3. A document confirming the cohabitation of the child with the applicant, issued by the organization authorized to issue it;

When applying for payment by the father of the child, it is necessary to provide a document confirming the declaration of the woman's death, the deprivation of her parental rights, the commission of a deliberate crime by the woman in relation to her child.
