Job fair in the FGBOU VO " VSMU named after N. N. Burdenko»
On March 23, 2018, on the eve of the 100th anniversary of the University, the Burdenko State Medical University hosted
the annual event in the field of career and employment of graduates-the Job Fair, which provided the logical conclusion of a purposeful process of interaction between an educational institution and employers within the framework of the quality system of training graduates, their employment prospects and further career growth.
The Job Fair was attended by employees of ministries, departments, health departments, representatives of medical institutions of the Moscow, Leningrad, Kaliningrad, Belgorod, Tula, Lipetsk, Penza, Pskov, Kaluga, Bryansk, Murmansk, Tambov, Tver, Kostroma, Oryol regions, Krasnodar Territory.
The Lipetsk region was represented by the head of the Personnel Department of the Health Department of the Lipetsk Region, M. S. Dvurechenskaya, and 14 state medical organizations, including the chief physician of the Lipetsk Regional Clinical Infectious Diseases Hospital, L. V. Sirotinkina, the chief physician of the Lebedyanskaya MRB, A. N. Baitsurov,the chief physician of the Lev-Tolstovskaya RB, N. V. Tusheva,and the chief physician of the Yeletskaya GB No. 2, I. O. Feklina.
As part of the opening ceremony of the "Job Fair", the Rector of the University, Professor I. E. Esaulenko, presented a letter of Thanks to the Health Department of the Lipetsk region for many years of fruitful work on the employment of young specialists – graduates of the Burdenko VSMU.
The event was held in the format of an exhibition-presentation of institutions, direct communication between employers and graduates, in addition, each employer who came to the Fair was able to make a presentation of their medical institution.
The graduates of the Burdenko State Medical University were particularly interested in the measures of social support for medical workers implemented in our region, which were actively discussed by the participants.
