Autumn is the best time for colds. We give simple tips that will help you stay in shape at this time of year.
- Avoid hypothermia, it is important to monitor the air temperature and dress according to the weather. Don't forget that the air is colder in the morning and evening than in the afternoon. A hat and scarf in a bag can be very useful.
- Maintain a microclimate at home. Often do the cleaning, dust and ventilate the room.
- Watch your nutrition. The diet should always have enough fresh vegetables and fruits. Add warm drinks based on rosehip, ginger, lemon and sea buckthorn to your diet. They will add vitamins to the body and lift the mood.
- Don't stay at home. Walking in the fresh air is useful in any weather and at any time of the year. They increase the immune system and the overall endurance of the body.
- Get some sleep. It is advisable to increase the amount of sleep by going to bed earlier, rather than by waking up later.

- If you have chronic diseases, it is better to consult your doctor in advance. A cold can provoke an exacerbation, and doctor's appointments will help to avoid this.
