Center for Family Health and Reproduction
The Center for Family Health and Reproduction is a structural subdivision of the outpatient and polyclinic link of the Perinatal Center of the Lipetsk region and performs the functions of providing medical care to women with various pathologies of the reproductive system, mammary glands at all ages, consulting pregnant women, monitoring pregnancy, treatment of men suffering from infertility.
The department is headed by Olga V. Telegina, an obstetrician-gynecologist of the highest qualification category.
The department consists of highly qualified doctors who have the
highest and first qualification categories in the specialty
"Obstetrics and Gynecology", "Urology".
Specialist doctors select patients to provide high-tech medical care. The entire diagnostic database is available for the examination of patients. The department is equipped with equipment necessary for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the reproductive system, colposcopes, a device for the treatment of urological diseases, etc. On the basis of the center, a full-fledged examination of the mammary glands, a study of blood hormones, spermograms, etc. is performed.
In connection with these tasks, the department conducts specialized reception in the following areas::
- perinatal fetal care and management of women with complicated pregnancy;
- pregravid preparation of married couples for a planned pregnancy, as well as couples with perinatal losses;
- family infertility treatment;
- pathology of the cervix;
- miscarriage;
- disorders of the endocrine function of the reproductive system, incl. climacteric disorders;
- mammological reception;
- reception of a urologist, incl. treatment of male infertility;
- reception of a psychologist.
The reception of patients by specialists of the Center for Family Health and Reproduction of the State Healthcare Institution "LOPTs" is carried out:
- by appointment in the electronic medical system, the referring physician of the territorial antenatal clinic in Lipetsk and the Lipetsk region
- upon personal contact of the patient to the registry by appointment with the direction of the territorial antenatal clinic in Lipetsk and the Lipetsk region.
If repeated consultations are required, or consultations with other doctors of the outpatient clinic specialists, the preliminary registration of patients is carried out by a consulting specialist doctor.
In the absence of a referral or at the request of the patient, it is possible to obtain a consultation from the specialists of the Center for Family Health and Reproduction of the State Healthcare Institution “LOPC” on a contractual paid basis.
Also, the Center for Family Health and Reproduction of the Lipetsk Regional Perinatal Center offers services for the monitoring and management of pregnancy on a contractual paid basis.
