Medical and psychological support

Since July 2024, the unified federal chat of the Committee of Families of Soldiers of the Fatherland for medical and psychological support of families and participants of the SVO has been launched.

The chat is open daily, from 9.00 to 21.00, Moscow time.

The chat has a team of government medical psychologists who provide free consultations on various anxiety conditions. The chat is anonymous, without requesting personal data. A resident of any region of the country can contact the chat. 

"We see that the digital format of psychological assistance has proved to be in demand. In the near future, the medical psychologists of the project will individually accompany complex cases that require special attention and monitoring of the human condition in dynamics," comments Evgeny Martynov, Chat coordinator of the Committee of Families of Soldiers of the Fatherland, member of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, head of the federal project "Zdravcontrol".

"Help must be quick and timely. We saw a request for our Committee chat with psychologists to work on weekends as well. Therefore, we organized work with psychologists so that we could respond and help people on a daily basis. What is especially important: the request for individual assistance grows when it is anonymous," said Yulia Velekhova, head of the NSWRL. 

During the two months of the chat, more than 400 requests were processed. 6,800 people have already signed up.
