Start of the regional preventive campaign for the children's population " Healthy generation-2018

In 2018, the long-term socially significant project "Healthy Region" continues to be implemented on the territory of our region, aimed at improving the quality of life of the population of the Lipetsk region and promoting a healthy lifestyle among its residents. For this purpose, the regional health department, together with the medical organizations of the region, regularly conducts various preventive measures to prevent cardiovascular, oncological and other socially significant diseases.

One of the directions of the project was the holding of a mass regional preventive action "Healthy Generation" in the districts of the Lipetsk region. The campaign includes the departure of medical specialists to the districts of the region, who conduct both a preventive examination of children for the purpose of early diagnosis of various diseases, and the work of information and educational platforms aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle.

During the campaign "Healthy Generation" in 2017, 9 districts of the Lipetsk region were covered: Lipetsk, Krasninsky, Lev-Tolstovsky, Stanovlyansky, Yeletsky, Zadonsky, Izmalkovsky, Chaplyginsky, Dankovsky. In total, according to the results of the action in the Lipetsk region, more than 5 thousand people have already taken part in it. Of these, more than 2 thousand children underwent a medical examination.

In 2018, the preventive campaign will continue and cover nine more districts of the Lipetsk region. The event is attended by 21 medical organizations of the Lipetsk region: 12 healthcare institutions of the Lipetsk region and 9 inter-district and district hospitals.

On March 15, 2018, the regional mass preventive campaign for children "Healthy Generation" was launched at the MBOU "Gymnasium No. 1 named after N. I. Bortsov"in Lebedyan.

The event was attended by the deputy head of the Lebedyansky district V. A. Inshakov, the chief doctor of the GUZ "Regional Children's Hospital" S. M. Goloburdin, the chief doctor of the GUZ "Lebedyanskaya MRB" A. N. Baitsurov and other officials.

The organizers of the eventare specialists of the Lipetsk Regional Center for Medical Prevention and the Regional Children's Hospital under the leadership of the regional Health Department.

As part of the campaign, the following events were organized::

• examination and consultation of the children's population by the following specialists of the Regional Children's Hospital: cardiologist, allergist-immunologist, neurologist, gastroenterologist, traumatologist-orthopedist, ophthalmologist, nephrologist;
• conducting medical examinations by doctors of functional diagnostics of the State Medical Institution "ODB", polyclinics of MRB and RB: echocardiography and Doppler scanning of brachiocephalic vessels, electrocardiography, ultrasound diagnostics of the abdominal cavity and kidneys, general blood and urine analysis, coprogram;
• comprehensive examination of children from 6 years of age by specialists of the Health Center GUZ " Yeletskaya City Children's Hospital»: screening-assessment of the level of psychophysiological and somatic health, functional and adaptive reserves of the body; computer electrocardiography (from 12 years); spirometry; analysis of the internal environment of the body (bioimpedance); examination on a pulse oximeter.

In addition to the medical and advisory part of the campaign, the district school implemented an information and educational program:

• doctors of the Regional Narcological Dispensary and the Regional Skin and Venereal Dispensary organized video lectures with interactive conversation elements on the topic of smoking, alcohol and addiction to surfactants, as well as on the prevention of infectious skin diseases;
• specialists of the Regional Center for the Prevention and Control of AIDS and Infectious Diseases organized a video lecture with elements of training exercises on the prevention of HIV infection;
• specialists of the Lipetsk Regional Infectious Diseases Clinical Hospital told pregnant women registered in the district women's clinic about the need to vaccinate children;
• instructors of the Regional medical and physical Culture dispensary held a sports relay race " Health and strength-in motion!»;

Also specialists of GUZ "Lipetsk regional clinical hospital of infectious diseases", GUZ "Regional dental clinic - Dental center", GAUDO "Center of postgraduate education", GSCO of LOGS "Dream", "reagional medical and sports clinic", GUZOT "the Center of medical prevention" for students was organized educational program "Healthy habit", in which students in Junior classes in the form of a game has the basics of a healthy lifestyle. The children learned how to properly brush their teeth and take care of the oral cavity, and Dr. Aibolit talked about the benefits of vaccination and protection against viruses. Children learned about harmful and healthy food, the benefits of morning exercise and how to avoid scoliosis; got acquainted with the doll smoker Sue and her example was convinced of the negative impact of tobacco smoke on the human lungs; and also participated in a master class on first aid when a foreign body enters the human respiratory tract and mass charging.

In addition, as part of the campaign, there was an information platform in the lobby: on the island "Azbuka Zdorovya", specialists of the Lipetsk Regional Center for Medical Prevention organized the distribution of printed products for the prevention of various diseases, as well as an interactive quiz on the basics of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

In total, more than 600 people took part in the preventive campaign "Healthy Generation" in the Lebedyansky district, and more than 200 children underwent medical examinations. Of the total number of children examined, 54 people were found to have various diseases.

Only through joint efforts will we be able to raise a healthy generation and give our children a healthy future!
