A qualified medic got a job in the FAP of the Zadonsky Central District Hospital thanks to the Zemsky Paramedic program
Within the framework of the federal project for the modernization of primary health care, the health department of the Lipetsk region is constantly working to attract personnel to medical institutions.
To do this, there are various support measures for health workers in the region. One of such measures is the Zemsky Paramedic program, thanks to which Alexey Viktorovich Novoseltsev, a paramedic, was hired at the Kashar paramedic-obstetric center of the Zadonskaya Central District Hospital in December 2022.
For the residents of the district, the employment of a medic became a real event: a paramedic had been absent from the FAP for more than a year and the villagers had to go to the Zadonsk central district hospital. Now the attached population of more than 1.5 thousand people receives high-quality and timely medical care near home.
Alexey Viktorovich receives up to 10 people every day. In addition, the paramedic serves patients at home, organizes preventive examinations of the working population, medical examinations of schoolchildren, as well as children attending preschool institutions.
Novoseltsev A.V. graduated from the Yelets Medical School with a degree in "Medical business". He devoted almost his entire career, which is more than 20 years, to providing emergency medical care to the population of the Yelets district.
"It's great that now there are various measures to support medical workers. I learned about the Zemsky Paramedic program from the mass media. For me, as for many other doctors, this is a good opportunity to improve my financial situation, while continuing to help people," comments Alexey Viktorovich.
The population of the district speaks very warmly about the new paramedic. For a short period of work at the Kashar FAP, he has established himself as a competent and qualified specialist with high theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
Recall that the work on attracting medical personnel is one of the priorities of the national project "Healthcare". According to the "Zemsky Doctor" and "Zemsky Paramedic" programs, 44 doctors – 28 doctors and 16 paramedics - came to regional healthcare in 2022.
