To date, walking is the most affordable means of recovery and weight loss. With regular walking exercises, the cardiovascular system improves - the heart rate increases, blood pressure normalizes and the heart trains.

According to research, daily walks of 30 minutes can reduce the risk of stroke by 20%, and if you accelerate the pace in the process, the risk will be 40% lower.  Vascular strengthening also occurs – the more often you walk, the lower the risk of osteochondrosis and other diseases associated with vascular damage.

In addition, the production of endorphins ("hormones of joy") begins, which are produced after 40 minutes of training, after the same time fat burning begins.

   And, of course, walking is an improvement in the functioning of the nervous system, good memory, sound sleep, and stress management.

How to prepare for a walk (walking)?

- we put on and put on weather-friendly shoes and clothes;

- we increase the load gradually – from a slow pace to a faster one, from a short distance to a longer one;

- we train regularly – we don't quit and we don't miss.

 To achieve a health—improving effect and weight loss from walking, the average healthy person should strive for a speed of 6 km per hour (this is about 120-150 steps per minute) - this is for a duration of half an hour to an hour and a half a day.

 Contraindications:

- any exacerbations of chronic diseases;

- sharp pain syndrome;

- poor physical health.

Walking is one of the means of physical therapy and almost everyone can walk, independently adjusting the load.

Walking is so easy that anyone can do it. Walk longer and further, make walking a part of your life and be healthy!
