The planned date of in-depth medical examination is set no earlier than 60 days after the recovery of a citizen who has had a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19).

Stage 1 of in-depth medical examination includes:

To all citizens: questionnaire (survey), measurement of blood oxygen saturation (saturation) at rest, spirometry, chest X-ray (performed if the study was not conducted earlier in the year), general clinical blood test (detailed) with the determination of the leukocyte formula, biochemical blood analysis: cholesterol levels, low-density lipoproteins (LDL), C-reactive protein are examined, alanine aminotransferase (ALT) activity is determined, aspartate aminotransferase (AST), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), blood creatinine level.
According to the indications, a 6-minute walking test is performed and the concentration of D-dimer in the blood is determined.
According to the results of the 1st stage of in-depth medical examination, an appointment (examination) by a general practitioner is carried out. Upon detection of indications, citizens are sent to the 2nd stage of in-depth medical examination.

Stage 2 of in-depth medical examination includes

(if there are indications): conducting echocardiography, computed tomography of the lungs, duplex scanning of the veins of the lower extremities.

If chronic non-communicable diseases are detected in citizens who have had a new coronavirus infection, a deterioration in the course of previously known chronic diseases, then treatment is prescribed according to the indications, medical rehabilitation is carried out, and dispensary observation is organized.
On a single Day of in–depth medical examination, on the basis of the department of medical prevention, an appointment of a pulmonologist M.A. Kislova was organized.
If desired, a citizen in respect of whom there is no information about a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19), can also undergo an in-depth medical examination.
A prerequisite, in this case, is the submission of an application for the desire to undergo an in-depth medical examination addressed to the head of the medical organization in which the citizen receives primary health care.
