Cardiology dispensary opened in GUZ " Lipetsk Regional Clinical Hospital»

Since April 1, 2021, a cardiology dispensary has been established and successfully operates in the GUZ "LOKB", which has become a division of the largest medical institution in the region.

Now doctors have the opportunity to conduct qualified dynamic monitoring of patients with a high risk of complications of cardiovascular diseases (CVD) and those who have already suffered such complications.   

"The reception is on time and if there were queues before, now it is not difficult to get here, it is very convenient," Olga Usacheva, a resident of the Lebedyansky district of the Lipetsk region, shared her impression of the first visit

The main goal of the cardiodispanser is to provide affordable, high-quality and timely medical care to patients with CVD, and these are several areas in the work of the new division:

• providing advice to doctors in the form of remote consultations within the framework of telemedicine with medical organizations of the region on complex issues of diagnosis, treatment and organization of medical care for patients with CVD at the outpatient stage;
• providing medical and diagnostic assistance to patients of the Lipetsk region with cardiological diseases from the group of very high risk;
• training and selection of patients with cardiovascular diseases to provide specialized, including high-tech care;
• conducting telemedicine consultations with leading centers of the country;
• organization and holding of scientific and practical conferences, seminars and "round tables" for doctors of the Lipetsk region on providing medical care to patients with cardiovascular diseases, all that will improve the dispensary observation at the outpatient stage and bring the provision of medical care to a completely different, higher level.

"Patients can contact us at any time, we will examine them further, and if high risk factors for CVD are detected, then we take such patients for treatment," said Maria Meshkova, head of the cardiodispanser.

The main task of the new structural unit of the Lipetsk Regional Clinical Hospital is to reduce the mortality rate of the population from diseases related to the circulatory system
