In the Lipetsk region, the first stage of the all-Russian campaign "Tell us where they sell death"is being held from March 15 to 26, 2021. The event was organized by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Lipetsk region together with the regional departments of health and Social Policy.

The purpose of the campaign is to attract the public to participate in countering drug trafficking and preventing their non–medical use, to organize the collection and verification of operational and relevant information, to conduct consultations and provide qualified assistance in the treatment and rehabilitation of drug addicts.
