Regional consultative polyclinic GUZ "Lipetsk Regional Clinical Hospital" opened its doors to patients after repairs

On February 17, the opening of the regional consultative polyclinic of the GUZ "Lipetsk Regional Clinical Hospital"took place. Among the first visitors to the renovated health care facility were the Governor of the Lipetsk region, I. G. Artamonov, the head of the regional Health Department, Yu.Yu. Shurshukov, and other officials.

The project "Lean Manufacturing" in the regional consultative polyclinic of the GUZ "Lipetsk Regional Clinical Hospital" began in February 2020. The financial costs of the repair work amounted to almost 15 million rubles. Within the framework of this project, a new registry model was created, as well as the organization and implementation of the "Accessible Environment"project.

In the lobby of the institution, patients are met by a new reception and information area, the visual organization of which was mounted according to the "reception"type.

For the convenience of serving the population, including for small mobile groups, a special administrative desk is installed. Taking into account the ergonomics of the 5S system, the working places of the registrars have changed, the documentation will now be maintained electronically, which means that the waiting time at the reception desk for the patient will take several minutes.

  In addition, the registry has expanded, now it has more than 4 windows, in the "rush hour" there is the possibility of adding additional service points and dividing the flow of patients by CHI and VHI.  

The institution has fully implemented the transition to electronic areas of work: the movement of medical documentation has been optimized, electronic outpatient cards, the electronic form of the contract for VHI, paid services, LIS (tests), and the results of examinations have been introduced.

To increase the awareness of visitors, a new navigation system was developed, an information kiosk with a full set of information for the patient was installed, and routing schemes were developed. The hall administrator will guide and, in some cases, accompany the patient. The convenient location of the infomat and the help of the administrator will allow you to avoid waiting lists of patients.

At the same time, any visitor to the clinic, if necessary, can use a cell phone to contact directly with the chief physician of the medical institution.

During the renovation, the employees of the regional consultative polyclinic also created a positive image of the medical worker, which was based on the corporate culture and high professional qualities:

- speech modules (standard corporate greeting with a positive intonation and smile, benevolence);

- clear working algorithms.

The medical institution also took care of comfortable conditions for patients: in the waiting room there is an air conditioning system, a sufficient number of soft seats, water coolers, TV, a children's corner, tables with mobile phone chargers, special toilet rooms are provided for patients with limited mobility.

In the updated regional consultative polyclinic of GUZ "LOKB", 30 doctors in 19 specialties are receiving patients. The number of visits per shift ranges from 600 to 650 patients.

The State Medical Institution "LOKB" employs highly qualified doctors with the titles of Honored Doctor of the Russian Federation and "Excellent Health Worker", awarded with certificates of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.
