In-depth medical examination is a set of measures that is carried out in addition to preventive medical examinations or medical examination of persons who have suffered a new coronavirus infection, and includes two stages.
Why go through?
To identify complications in the early stages of citizens who have suffered a new coronavirus infection.
Who can undergo an in-depth medical examination?
Persons over the age of 18 who have suffered a new coronavirus infection, starting from the second month after recovery.
What kind of examinations does in-depth medical examination imply?
Stage I:

Measurement of blood oxygen saturation (saturation) at rest:

6-minute walking test;

Spirometry;

General clinical blood test (detailed);

Biochemical blood analysis (cholesterol levels, low-density lipoproteins, C-reactive protein are examined, the activity of AST, ALT, and blood creatinine levels are determined);

Determination of D-dimer concentration (if indicated);

Chest X-ray examination (if not performed in 2021)

Reception (examination) by a general practitioner.
Stage II: (according to indications)

Computed tomography of the lungs

Duplex scanning of the veins of the lower extremities.
Where are the examinations conducted?
You can be examined in the polyclinic to which the person is attached. You must have a passport and a compulsory medical insurance policy with you.
