Diagnostic equipment was connected to the regional medical image processing center in 12 more medical organizations of the Lipetsk region.

Within the framework of the project "Creation of a single digital circuit in healthcare based on the unified state information system in the field of healthcare (EGISZ)", diagnostic equipment was connected to the central archive of medical images (CAMI) in 12 more medical organizations of the region this year.

The main task of TSAMI is to ensure the "eternal" storage of any medical image taken in the region and quick access to it for any doctor. The use of TSAMI avoids the need for repeated repetition of expensive patient studies, creates a continuous digital medical history of each patient.

Thanks to modern technologies for building distributed systems, TSAMI has united all state medical organizations of the Lipetsk region into a single diagnostic network. The exchange of medical images is carried out over a secure data transmission network. Diagnostic equipment from various manufacturers is connected to the CAM.

The unified electronic medical record, of which the Central Medical Center is a part, provides doctors with the opportunity to conduct continuous treatment of any patient, regardless of the place of treatment and medical organization.

TSAMI is a continuously operating mechanism consisting of central and remote servers, workstations and network infrastructure that collects and routes images and data from diagnostic studies of patients, and currently already contains more than 635 thousand studies.

"The capabilities of TSAMI allow residents of the Lipetsk region to leave pictures, disks, diagnostic results and expert opinions at home.
