Practical healthcare specialists will be able to pass free accreditation in various specialties.
The accreditation and simulation center was created and successfully operates on the basis of the Center for Postgraduate Education on the initiative of the Health Department of the Lipetsk region in order to conduct the accreditation procedure for practical healthcare specialists.
To implement this decision, the institution was allocated a target subsidy of 12 million rubles in 2020 and 2021. Thanks to this, new modern equipment is currently installed in the Center, which allows for accreditation in a variety of specialties. Among the popular directions are "Medical care", "Nursing", "Obstetrics", "Nursing in pediatrics", "Functional diagnostics", "Physical therapy", etc.
The Center has two testing halls for testing theoretical knowledge, five stations for specialists with secondary medical education for passing practical skills, as well as an expert office for evaluating the manipulations performed.
According to the requirements of federal legislation, the entire accreditation procedure is subject to audio and video recordings, the results of which must be archived and stored, and sent to Moscow for verification at the request of the Federal Accreditation Center. For this purpose, the regional center is provided with a modern powerful audio and video recording system, and all information is stored on servers, which provides the possibility of constant monitoring and confirmation of the certification results.
"Any practical healthcare specialist who is a citizen of the Russian Federation can pass the accreditation procedure in Lipetsk absolutely free of charge. To do this, you must submit an application for participation in the certification commission and come to the center in accordance with the approved schedule. Then the specialist receives an access card, with which he passes sequentially to the testing hall and the station for passing practical skills, " said Olga Chuikova, director of the Center for Postgraduate Education.
Experts remotely online with the help of monitors monitor the correctness of the procedure and the implementation of all stages of accreditation. Further, the results of accreditation are automatically sent to the Federal Accreditation Center, where the commission fills in the necessary documentation and the result is announced to the certified person.
