As part of the regional program for the modernization of primary health care, significant changes have taken place in the consultative polyclinic of the Lipetsk Regional Clinical Hospital.
In order to increase the awareness of visitors, the institution has updated an information kiosk with a full set of information for the patient. Now all visitors of the polyclinic will be able to find out the schedule of specialists at the reception with the indication of work experience, qualification category, reception time and office number (the schedule is updated monthly); the schedule of regular buses in real time, the construction of different types of routes to major cities of the Lipetsk region with the calculation of the time spent on travel and mileage.
"In the infokiosk, you can quickly get information about the availability, quantity and balance of medicines in pharmacies in large cities of the Lipetsk region with the construction of a route to pharmacies (Yandex maps), as well as information about new types of treatment carried out in the Lipetsk Regional Clinical Hospital under an MHI policy and on a paid basis," said Valeria Sergeevna Berezina, Deputy chief physician for polyclinic work.
Also in July 2021, at the initiative of the head of the administration of the Lipetsk Region, I. G. Artamonov, a food court was opened in the "comfortable waiting area", which was organized as part of charity assistance. Patients are offered fresh pastries, second courses and drinks.

The project "Lean Production" in the regional consultative polyclinic of the Lipetsk Regional Clinical Hospital began in February 2020. The financial costs of the repair work amounted to almost 15 million rubles.
